Βιογραφικά στοιχεία

Ο Θ. Γουλάς έλαβε το δίπλωμα του ηλεκτρολόγου μηχανικού το 2002 από το πολυτεχνείο Ίλμεναου (TU-Ilmenau), Γερμανίας του τμήματος βιοϊατρικής τεχνολογίας και πληροφορικής. Ολοκλήρωσε ειδικό κύκλο μαθημάτων και μετά από επιτυχείς εξετάσεις έλαβε την ειδίκευση στην ακτινοπροστασία. Συνεργάζεται με το ΙΕΛ/ Ε.Κ. Αθηνά από το 2007.

Συμμετοχές στα ευρωπαϊκά ερευνητικά προγράμματα VEMUS (www.vemus.org), DictaSign (www.dictasign.eu).

Είναι μέλος του ΤΕΕ από το 2005 και μέλος του γερμανικού συνδέσμου τεχνολογιών ηλεκτρολογίας, ηλεκτρονικών και πληροφορικής (VDE-www.vde.de) από το 2004.
